Are Sinful Weekend discreet?
Yes, very!
All deliveries of all products including men and womens sex toys, will arrive in plain, secure packaging with no chance of anyone guessing (or feeling) what the contents might be. There will be no mention of our company name on the outside of the packet and even though we are required to provide a return address, it will make no mention of Sinful Weekend. Whilst the packaging of womens sex toys is often beautiful, that is no reason for us to let the postman see it.
When paying by credit/debit card, your bank statement will show the transaction payable to 'SFW Ltd - Hertfordshire'. No contact number will be stated.
Will my order be a returned item?
Absolutely not!
Any returned items are sent back immediately to the manufacturer for their attention. It is our pledge that all items we sell are brand new and in the majority of cases sealed.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Sinful Weekend will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days - no questions asked!
Due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing or broken. In the case of unwanted goods, we ask the customer to cover the cost of returning the goods to Sinful Weekend.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Sinful Weekend work on a rapid dispatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
When will my order arrive?

We aim to deliver all completed orders within 2-4 working days for all in stock items. All orders are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
Men and womens sex toys destined for overseas might take a little longer.

Are you running any special offers?
We are so excited about our new store and range of men and womens sex toys that we are going a little crazy at the thought. At one meeting, one of the guys said "Hey, lets give our new customers an amazing opening deal!". There I was hoping he meant a free key fob but he then suggested 15% off everything!
When I picked myself up off the floor and we bundled our accountant into a cupboard we went for it and so, dear customer, you find yourself on a site where, with no small print, minimum spend or hidden clauses we are proud (well most of us) to offer you a special 15% OFF every and any Sinful Weekend product (oops, except Lelo products which are still at a massive 10% discount).
A word about phthalates
Some sex toys are made using chemical plasticisers called phthalates (pronounced tha-lates). While these increase flexibility and durability, they’re also suspected of having carcinogenic qualities and are being phased out of many products in the US and European Union. Nevertheless, you can still find them in sex toys, so look for brands that specifically state they’re phthalate-free.
