Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments and Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

Transactions will appear on your statement as a payment to 'SFW Ltd- Hertfordshire'.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Privacy
We respect your privacy and will NOT indicate the package contents in any way on the shipping label. All of our orders are sent out in secure, discreet plain packaging with no chance of anyone seeing (or feeling) the contents. There is no mention of Sinful Weekend or the package contents on the parcel. We are required by Royal Mail to provide a return address, however our company name is not mentioned. This is done in order to protect your privacy.
We are, however, required by customs to descibe the contents of the packages we send outside of the UK/ROI, therefore for confidentiality we will use such terms as 'plastic toy' and 'lotion'.

Cost of Delivery
As a special opening offer, all orders for delivery within the UK and ROI are shipped for free. Yes, thats right zero, zip, nothing (with the exception of Liberator furniture items)!

To keep things nice and simple, the rest of our shipping charges are extremely straight forward:-
Shipping to the Rest of Europe - £3.50
Shipping to North America - £20.00

We are sorry but we currently do not accept orders from other areas at the moment but are regularly reviewing this situation so please come back soon or persuade us otherwise.

Delivery Tracking
On the day of despatch you will be sent an email telling you the goods have been despatched. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know the situation and where possible give you an indication of when your products will be available.

We are sorry but Sinful Weekend do not currently offer any form of online order tracking. However, please feel free to contact us if you are concerned over the delivery of any orders.

Overseas Orders
Aside from the UK, Sinful Weekend is pleased to ship to Ireland, the rest of Europe and North America. Currently we do not ship to other destinations but this decision is being regularly reviewed.

Upon Receiving Goods
When you receive your order, please check the contents against the receipt enclosed with the goods. If any items are missing you must advise us within 5 days. If any items are damaged you must advise us within 5 days via e-mail.
If you do not receive your order within 15 working days of receiving our dispatch confirmation e-mail you should contact us for an update. Currently, more than 99% of orders placed with us are being received within 2 working days.

Delivery Schedule

UK
We aim to deliver all completed orders within 2-4 working days for all in stock items. All orders are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. We do not currently offer any alternative form of delivery to the UK/ROI. If there is nobody available to accept the package, Royal Mail will leave a card advising how to collect your package or arrange for redelivery. We cannot be held responsible for any private arrangements you have with Royal Mail for delivery of packages to an alternative address or safe place.

Outside the UK
We aim to deliver all completed orders in 6-8 days for all in stock items. All orders are sent Airmail. We cannot be held responsible for any private arrangements you have with your local mail delivery service for delivery of packages to an alternative address or safe place.
We are required by customs to descibe the contents of the packages we send, therefore for confidentiality we will use such terms as 'plastic toy' and 'lotion'.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Sinful Weekend are currently not registered for VAT.

Credit Card Security

The URL of the card payment pages begin with https:// - this means that the pages are hosted on a secure server and all transactions taking place are encrypted, so your card details are protected. Sinful Weekend use SecureTrading's online payment system which is the most sophisticated available. All financial transactions are processed securely behind protected firewalls, allowing Secure Trading to safely process your card payment with the bank. Financial details are never left unencrypted on any part of their system, and are never sent by Internet email.
Sinful Weekend do not take or hold any card details on their online or back office systems.

Returns Policy

Sinful Weekend hopes you enjoy your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Unwanted goods
Sinful Weekend will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days - no questions asked!
Due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing or broken. In the case of unwanted goods, we ask the customer to cover the cost of returning the goods to Sinful Weekend.

Faulty or incorrect goods
Sinful Weekend offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products.
Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods within 5 days so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. In the case of faulty or incorrect goods, we will cover the cost of returning the items to Sinful Weekend

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Sinful Weekend work on a rapid dispatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.

Refunds
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Sinful Weekend we aim to refund you within 7 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until Sinful Weekend receives the goods in question. Don’t forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at your post office.
